Our major field of activity is the production of steel molds for the plastic injection mould. And injection molding of plastic parts in a variety of designs, materials, and appliances. Additional service includes OEM/ODM manufacturing. We had served various industries (Electrical, Automotive, Telecommunications, Electronics, Medical, household appliances, etc.). Build all kinds of precision and large molds in several tonnes different in size, complexity, design, purpose, and life for a variety of plastic parts. Also, include the final OEM assembly service. We can inject almost any kind of plastics such as ABS, PC, PBT, ABS-PC, PP, PMMA, PE, PA, etc. The steel we use for manufacturing molds is P-20, H-13(full hardened mould with HRC 52-54, 420 SS (Stainless Steel). ETC, or as specified by the customers.
